David Labocki, Executive Designer and Co-Owner of Fidei Architecture recently was recognized in Columbus Monthly for their green design in Village Roots.

Developers, Tod and Evelyn Frolking turned their property into a pocket neighborhood of small, solar-powered homes. They envisioned a neighborhood of like-minded people who valued solar energy, green construction practices, smaller homes and history looking designs. So, they looked to Fidei Architecture with their experience in green design.

Fidei was able to design each home to capture the beauty of space and with excellent efficiency. Every room is used every day. Every room is filled with details and designed to accommodate the lifestyles of its occupants – functional space, natural light, integrated storage, rich wood, ceramic tile, versatile bamboo, and unabashedly comfortable.

David Labocki created three outstanding designs; all Craftsman-style and all designed to last a lifetime. The homes in Village Roots are the buzz for small living, eco-friendly villages.
